Burnout can have serious health consequences: Chronic stress and burnout can contribute to a range of health problems, including cardiovascular disease, depression, and anxiety (Reference: Harvard Health Publishing, “Burnout: What it is and how to prevent it,” 2021).
We offer techniques and tools to not just recover from or prevent burnout, but to empower you to live a deeper, more joyous life.
